Part ONE of the TWO-STEP Process

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1 - Please read each line below and place a checkmark confirming you have read each line.
  2 - Then, at the bottom of this page, provide the information requested for your team.
  3 - Upon clicking the button at the bottom of the page,
        you will be redirected to the payment page to complete the registration.
        Registration is not completed until payment is received.

Thanks for supporting youth football and college scholarships.

1. Registration Fee: $350 per team.
2. Registration deadline – 8/20/2010
3. JPF Festival – 8/28/2010 Saturday & 8/29/2010 Sunday
4. Games times will start at 8:30am with last game starting at 5:30pm.
5. Game duration is only 1 hour.
6. Teams will play 2 games on Saturday or Sunday.
7. NO special request for playing times or days.
8. Maximum of 3 games per team. Last odd team to register will only get 2 games with a partial refund.
9. JPF division notation. Three divisions per age/grade group.

o If a minimum of 4 teams per division is not met then the JPFF have the option to move teams up/down one division. Every attempt will be made to keep you at your registration division & level of play. We only have one day available for scheduling and every attempt will be made to contact the coach so please include cell phone numbers.

o Scheduling is done the day after registration is closed.

10. Both age/grade level will be displayed on registration. Age as of July 31st.

o 13-14 year old/8th grade
o 12 year old/7th grade
o etc

11. Make sure to register your team for the correct age/grade group, no adjustments after schedule is done.

o Registration fee maybe forfeited if it is found that you registered in a lower division as determined by JPFF board & league registrations. Registration in a lower division does not help players or teams.

o Teams may register for a higher division.

12. Team name & head coach as noted on league registration must match the JPF registration.
13. Schedules will not be re-worked for any reason.
14. All profits from the JPF Festival go to the JFP scholarships fund.
15. Please DO NOT register if you do not understand each of the above items.
